Welcome to hear about true possibilities of achieving

Quality to working life, fluency to workday and vitality to the regions

We have proofs of a better working life. Of inspiration and productivity.  Of preventing burnout and improving of work welfare.

We can demonstrate an operations and/or business model to the archipelago and rural areas
without big investments. Above all outside the tourist season. The freedom to choose the forms of habitation and housing will increase when the working is flexible.

During the last two years the FLEX project has provided employers a chance to test for one week working flexibly in an archipelago environment. The aim was to quiet down the work day and eliminate interruptions. Let the employer do the job safely.

All in all 23 work communities with about 50 employees participated.  They all were interviewed before and after the “flexperiment week”. They were physically measured during the experiment by the Finnish Institute of Occupational Health. The results are astonishing.

You are very welcome to hear about the results, the experiences, and the proofs that question our way of working, coping and achieving.
